Why vegan?

This first article will present arguments pro-veganism. To be..or not to be vegan..this is a soul decision. More than likely, if you would ask a child if he wants to eat dead animals, he would refuse undoubtedly, because he is the best example in terms of pure love, innocence and empathy. A child will never want to kill an animal. Have you wondered why can we do this? Why not think many times before you boil a chicken? It’s normal, it’s healthy? What does it mean normal? Our parents were accustomed by grandparents, grandparents by great grandparents and so on… Killing without reflection has its origins thousands of years ago.. SO :

  1. Animal vs. plant protein: We are raised with the idea that animal protein is healthier and easier to find. We are not informed that broccoli, spinach, spirulina, beans etc, are richer in protein (protein healthy and beneficial). Animal protein contains adrenaline and all that negative energy, pain, anxietyexperienced by the animal, which are transmitted through blood.
  1. “People always ate MEAT” fake! Primitive people, hominid, known as Australopithecus, they dwelt in East Africa (scientists have estimated age of 3.6 million years). They were finger bones – phalanges – curved, which means they were agile tree climbers. It was very thick tooth enamel and molars, well developed and the square, similar to other creatures that chew much grass. Victoria Boutenko, an expert in eating raw, researcher and author, issued on the basis of researchers hypothesize that the food of primitive people was composed initially of the following: fruit, green leaves, buds, seeds, and different varieties of nuts, insects, bark. But as people were away from the tropics, plant food, the nutritional one, became increasingly less and seasonal. As all living beings have the ability to adapt the environment to survive, the body of humans began to adapt to a changing climate and the food sources at their disposal. Because an animal could feed a large group of people, hunting has become a habit. Therefore, man is by nature organic vegetarian!
  1.  Meat is not good for our health. Meat increase blood pressure. Red meat is thought to increase blood pressure, because red mead is high in saturated fats, which cause arteries to clog and cholesterol to rise, leading to subsequent heart disease. By removing red meat from your diet and replacing it with low-fat sources of protein, you can meet daily nutrition needs in a healthier way. The worst red meats for health and blood pressure are those high in fat, such as beef, pork, lamb, sausage and bratwurst, and any fried meats.
  1. Develop COMPASSION and EMPHATY. In America 55 million animals are killed daily. Did you know that every vegan saves more than 100 animals a year? There is simply no easier way to help animals and prevent suffering than by choosing vegan foods over meat, eggs and dairy products. Peace for peace!
  1. SAVE THE PLANET. Meat is not green. Consuming meat is actually one of the worst things that you can do for the Earth. It is wasteful and causes enormous amounts of pollution, and the meat industry is also one of the biggest causes of climate change. Adopting a vegan diet is more effective than swithcing to a “greener”car in the fight against climate change.
  1. ENVIROMENT : Meat is not good for the enviroment. Raising animals for food requires massive amounts of land, food, enery, and water and causes immense animal suffering.

Another arguments are : being vegan is good for your skin, your eyes and for the whole world!!
                                                        PEACE FOR PEACE
